About me as a wedding planner
I'm Dilan from Hamburg and I love everything related to design, decoration, and elegance. Before my time as a wedding planner, I worked as an architect and managed building construction projects. The parallels between architecture and wedding planning – coordination, organization, and attention to detail – are significant, but in wedding planning, I've found that certain extra touch of glamour that was missing for me.
As a wedding planner, I can fully indulge my passion for style, elegance, and high-quality design. I draw inspiration from the materials, combinations, and color concepts of architecture, which I specifically incorporate into my wedding decorations. I combine natural, aesthetic, and carefree styles with modern elements to create unique, stylish weddings in Hamburg.
My goal is to make every wedding an unforgettable, magical experience where design, decoration, and perfect planning go hand in hand.

For me, every wedding begins with the people celebrating it. I don't believe in off-the-rack weddings, but in moments that reflect your personality, your values, and your love. My goal is for you to be able to fully enjoy your big day without stress or organizational worries.
I plan with structure, calm, and attention to detail. Every element, from the location and decorations to the day's schedule, should be cohesive and create a harmonious atmosphere. For me, luxury means stylish clarity, high-quality details, and unforgettable moments.
As your wedding planner, I am your best friend, strategist, and calming presence all in one. I oversee every detail, coordinate vendors, and solve problems before you even notice them. This creates space for joy, laughter, and genuine emotions. My work is the art of turning your vision into reality, making your day effortless, beautiful, and perfectly you.
My journey as a wedding planner
I grew up near Hamburg – surrounded by Nordic clarity, Hanseatic reserve, and the feeling that special occasions here always have a certain style.
Before I became a wedding planner, I worked as an architect. I learned to think about spaces. To plan processes. To make decisions in a structured way. And that's exactly where I realized: It's not just that I'm passionate about, what something looks like, but how it feels when everything logically fits together.
At some point, I realized: I don't just want to plan buildings. I want to create experiences.
Weddings bring together everything for me – aesthetics, organization, budget strategy, and emotion. But above all: responsibility. Because a wedding doesn't allow for a dress rehearsal.
Today I am planning high-quality weddings in Hamburg and Northern Germany – for couples who have little time but high demands. Couples who don't want to visit 20 locations, but want to make a decision that feels truly right.

Following that will be your in-depth consultation via Zoom. Please allow approximately 2 hours for this, all from the comfort of your own home. We will take our time to discuss your ideas and vision, clarify any outstanding questions, and jointly develop creative concepts. I will provide you with practical tips, valuable inspiration, and a clear structure for the next steps in your wedding planning.
